Preplet is made by AXS Group Inc. We want everyone to be able to study with Preplet, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or reduced-motion settings.
Our conformance target
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this website. That standard covers things like colour contrast, keyboard operability, meaningful headings and labels, and respecting motion preferences.
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most of it meets the standard, and we are working on the parts that do not yet.
What we have done
- Every page has a “Skip to main content” link and a
<main>landmark. - Text and interface colours are checked against the WCAG contrast formula, in both the light and dark themes.
- All interactive controls can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and show a visible focus outline.
- Status messages and errors are announced to screen readers.
- Animation is reduced or stopped when your device is set to Reduce Motion, and the animated text on the home page has a pause button.
- Pages that redirect you automatically also give you a link to continue immediately and, where the wait is more than a moment, a way to stay put.

Known limitations
- Narrow screens and high zoom. The top navigation bar is hidden below 880 pixels wide. The same sections are reachable from the footer links, but there is not yet a menu button in the header.
- Largest text sizes. Some titles and list rows are limited to a single line and may truncate at the largest accessibility text sizes. The full text is still read aloud by a screen reader.
- The Preplet web app (the part of the site under
/app) is built from a different codebase and has not yet been through the same review. Some of it may not meet Level AA. - The Preplet mobile apps are covered by the platform's own accessibility features (VoiceOver, TalkBack, Dynamic Type). They are assessed separately from this website.
- Third-party pages we hand you off to — such as Stripe Checkout for payment, and Google sign-in — are controlled by those companies. We chose providers who publish their own accessibility commitments, but we cannot fix their pages ourselves.
- Our brand wordmark is a decorative script logotype. WCAG exempts logotypes from the contrast requirement, so the wordmark itself is not held to the 4.5:1 ratio — but no information is conveyed by it alone.
How this was assessed
This statement is based on a self-evaluation carried out in August 2026, combining automated contrast and markup checks with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. We have not commissioned a third-party audit.

If something on Preplet is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us — we treat accessibility reports as bugs, not feature requests.
It helps if you can include:

preplet.ai/subscribe), - what you were trying to do,
- what happened instead, and
- the device, browser, and any assistive technology you were using.
We aim to reply within one business day and to tell you our plan for a fix. If you would rather write to us another way, or you need this statement in a different format, say so in your message.
